Ramoji Rao Film City, the worlds largest film city! Though visiting to this place was in first in the list, we decided to visit Ramoji film city on last day of our trip in Hyderabad. Reaching there: Ramoji Film city is located outside Hyderabad. One can reach by their own vehicle, or hire a day’s cab. If someone is reaching on their own vehicles, very good parking space available there. If you are hiring a cab and go, they also have a resting and dining facility for drivers. Almost all travel agencies run their buses from each corner of the city to this place. We booked 2 tickets from Southern travels and pick up location Secunderabad paradise circle. They charged 300 rupee per person which includes both pick up and drop. My personal suggestion is to hire a cab! Our visit to Charminar was on the top of list, not because it’s a historical place but it is very good for shopping. After visiting Golkonda fort and Qutb Shahi tombs (locally called as 7 dooms), we reached Charminar, it’s like Hyderabad tour is incomplete without a visit to Charminar and shopping in Laad Bazaar!!  History about Charminar: Charminar is very good example of Indo-Islamic architecture, Charminar represents the glorious history of the city. Built in 1591 by Sultan Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah, Charminar is a square-shaped structure which is 56 meters high and 30 meters wide. Popularly known as ‘Arc de Triomphe of the East’. The name Charminar, which means “four (chaar)” “pillars (minars)” came from its structure which consists of four intricately carved pillars, one on each side.
