Very old and unique military hotel, feel like homely food. Especially mutton items are very taste. Biryani also unique taste. Usually in the lunch time little bit crowded.

 All the food items in this place is very tasty, but my all time favourite is Raagi Mudde and Parota. 




















Should taste Mutton Kheema Ball & Chilly Chicken. 



















Chicken Biryani or Biryani Rice is also delicious. 
















Finally they will serve Rasam in glass, which should not be missed.

Mawsawdong Falls

We kicked off our day in Cherrapunji with excitement, ready to explore some amazing spots nearby. Our first stop was Mawsmai Caves , one of the popular attractions in the area. The cave isn’t too long, but it’s packed with interesting spots and unique formations. This little adventure set the tone for the rest of our day. To get to Mawsawdong Falls, we drove a short distance from our earlier stops. The path to the falls took us through small villages, scenic hills, and patches of thick green forest, giving us a glimpse of the peaceful countryside. Once we arrived, we followed a short, easy trail that led us down to the waterfall. The water flowed gracefully over the rocks, creating a beautiful cascade. Unlike some of the bigger waterfalls in the area, Mawsawdong has a calm and peaceful vibe. The falls flow into a clear, natural pool below, with rocks and trees surrounding the area. Bhima Bakasura Betta

There are lot of historical places around Namma Bengaluru, one such place is Bheema Bakasura betta which is around 70 Kms from Bengaluru. This hill is located in a small village called Kaiwara, Chikkaballapura district. This place is more famous for many other temples say Kaiwara Tatayya temple, Amaranarayana Swamy Temple & Bhemmalingeshwara Temple.   History of Kaiwara betta: Kaiwara also has various stories attached to Ramayana & Mahabharata. Mythology has it that Bhima killed Bakasura during the exile period of the Pandavas when they stayed at Kaiwara. From past one year I have covered most of the hills around Chintamani and this was pending in the list. One weekend we started this trek early morning (just to avoid the heat).
