After having Darshana at Dharmasthala on the second day, we planned to visit Kukke Subramanya. On our way, we stopped by a couple of other temples. Surya Narayana Temple (Shri Sadashiva Rudra Temple): Located in Nada village of Dakshina Kannada, about 12 km from Belthangady taluk and 4 km from Ujire town, the Surya Sadashiva Temple is unique for its tradition of clay offerings, symbolizing human desires. During the monsoon season, this route is quite challenging due to heavy rainfall. There are plenty of accommodation options in Dharmasthala, but it is advised to book rooms online before arriving, especially during weekends and special days when it can be difficult to find available rooms. We reached Dharmasthala around 3:00 PM, quickly freshened up, and went for Darshan. It took us about an hour to complete the Darshan...
